Taylor Sharp, BSMS

Taylor graduated from NC State University in May 2026 with a Bachelor’s in Materials Science and Engineering and is currently working to complete a Master’s in the same field. Her previous experience includes academic research, participation in phosphorus sustainability programs, and extensive work with a national electrical device manufacturer focused on project quality.

Taylor has developed hands-on experience with CT imaging and other lab analysis techniques, as well as leading efforts related to forensic identification and cataloguing of battery designs present in today’s consumer marketplace. She has passed her Fundamentals of Engineering examination and is working toward professional licensure.
